breakfast for dinner








I guess you can have wine at breakfast, but I don't know if I'm there quite yet. Maybe when I retire. So instead I make breakfast for dinner. Problem solved.

Lox, cream cheese, and Matsutake mushrooms sleeping harmoniously inside a nice fluffy omelet pillow. Potatoes and asparagus on the stove, salad nicely layered in a bowl. Can't forget a hearty slice of Whole Grain Pumpernickle Garnish with the capers, the olives, and crack some fresh pepper BAM! Bonne appetite!!!
